There were only two babies in the last clutch. That’s Bowie on the left!

I have so many cute pictures of the hatchlings. Here’s a picture of the first clutch of babies.

Clockwise from left: Piccolo, Piper, Toby, and Lily.

Charlie, the momma tiel, is a cinnamon pearl cockatiel.

Reggie, the papa bird, is a normal gray — but we can tell from the white feathers on his head that he is split to pied.

Reggie’s claim to fame is his cute rendition of the Andy Griffith theme song. You can hear one of his attempts here.

Welcome to the newly redesigned bittybirds.com — the Internet’s leading source for cute pictures of my birds.

This summer, our cockatiels, Reggie and Charlie, had a bunch of babies. Suddenly, our flock numbered nine birds instead of three. This really annoyed our budgie, Cadie! The hatchlings were so precious that we had to keep one, despite Cadie’s complaints. We named him Toby. The others, we gave away to good homes.

This blog will allow the flock ‘o tiels (and their budgie friends) to stay in touch with each other. Please visit often!
